FINANCIAL POLICY

Fees

Book fee -  $250 per student (K-8)  Non-refundable
Graduation fee - $100 per student (8^th only)
Pre-K  fee - $125 per student (Due before the 1^st day of school)
Extended Care Registration fee (AM/PM daycare) - $25 per student

Payment of tuition for Childcare and Pre-K thru 8th grade

Option 1.  Pay in-full before August 16^th  ($200 discount)
Option 2.  Pay ten monthly installments (August 1 – May 1)

All payments must be made directly to the school, either in-person or via mail.  Monthly payments

(PK-8) are due on the 1^st of each month.  A late fee of $25 will be assessed for payments received after the 16^th of the month.  All payments after May 31 must be made via cash or money order.

Extended Care (AM/PM daycare)

Option 1:  Full-time (nine monthly payments:  Sept 1 – May 1)
Option 2:  Hourly.  $6 for any increment of the 1^st hour.  $1.50 per 15 minute increment thereafter.  ($3 per 15 minute increment for unregistered families, including late pick-ups after 3:15, or 1:15 on early dismissal days.  Late pick-ups after 6pm pay $5 per 15 minute increment.  Hourly statements are sent home monthly).

Payments are due by the 1^st of the month (families who choose to pay “hourly” rather than “full-time” will receive a bill via the Red Folder on a monthly basis).  A late fee of 10% of the bill will be assessed for payments received after the 16^th.  Full-time families pay the regular rate for December, but do not pay for June.  All payments must be made to the school office … not to Extended Care personnel.                      

Returned checks carry a penalty of $30.  After the second returned check, all payments must be done in cash or money order.

A charge of $25 per month will be assessed for all payments that remain unpaid after the May 20 deadline.

The school reserves the right to refuse admittance to class to any student whose family fails to meet the payments.  The school also reserves the right to withhold a student’s records when the family fails to meet the payments in a timely manner.
